Matt Bishop - the Back Story

Matt Bishop tells his story spanning 20 years in Formula 1 during which he became "the most powerful journalist in Formula 1" as Editor of F1 Racing magazine and later he joined McLaren as Head of Communication at the start of the most difficult time in history for the once proud team.
Matt shares his insights from being at the heart for F1 media and inside one of F1 most prolific teams in the sport. He also provides a unique view why Lewis Hamilton is one of the most misunderstood people in racing.
Matt is now involved in setting up W Series, the first women only racing series, promoting more female talent to raise to the top.

My genuine question is why is there a need for seperate women motorsports. Its not a physical sport where men have a natural advantage?

A racing series for only women is just a joke though - a total farce. Why segregate women? And you want only very short races for this series - again why? I'm far from a feminist, but if the aim of the series is to platform the quality of female drivers then at least give them a proper 2-hour mini-endurance race to prove how good they can be, rather than a 10-lap sprint.
