He is tearing it up on the tour. So far all venues have been sold out and he is just getting stronger with each performance. The stage show is very Matt, no costumes, dancers or special effects, just a few moving spotlights, but he is getting multiple standing ovations at each stop. Matt said that he wrote the songs to perform them live and everyone seems to thinks that they shine the best that way. Matt is turning into the UK's premier live act.

There are enough fans to make his new album go top ten in the charts, his second top 10 album in a year. There are enough to take it to #1 on the Indie Charts. And there are enough to 99% sell out his Unplugged Tour nearly 3 months in advance. I do agree that people who haven't heard Matt are missing out. That would be North America and he's releasing his music there in 2013 so they will hear it soon. Don't feel bad for Matt, there's no shame here.

Matt co-wrote all the songs except When We Collide and Run For Your Life. He generally writes the lyrics by himself and collaborates on the music. He did the same on all of the songs with his bands Chlorine, Darwyn and the incredible Seven Summers too.
