As a 44 year old metal guy who NEVER listened to punk music, I stumbled upon your rig rundown like a week ago and I’m hooked. Actually picked up my bass again. Your stuff is on point! New fan for life!! Bass Bunker forever!!

Matt, the thing I think I like most about your Bass Bunker is we get to see how normal and human you are. Growing up, being inspired by how you have crafted your Bass playing skills, getting to see you in a more "intimate" setting showcasing the things we all love about what has inspired us is a blessing we never knew we were going to get. Thank you for videotaping and editing, we appreciate it!

Nothing like having a great drummer to play with. Doesn't happen too often. You have had 4 great drummers that I know of. Dance Hall crashers makes it 5. That's amazing.

Mr. Freeman sir don’t be bummed or discouraged with what you put out to us. Your time for us is a gift and if it’s too polished it wouldn’t be you. Anyway, question do you remember your teen days of drinking and stuff and thinking to yourself in 30 plus years I’m still going to be playing music for the masses? What if any was your fallback career/ job would you be doing? Thank you sir for all you do for us out here. From a US Navy Veteran

This was great Matt. I would like to request for you to breakdown Honor is all we know? I love that all 3 of you sing on that song. I’m interested in hearing how you wrote the lyrics (or maybe you didn’t) and your approach to writing your bass parts. Also I love the grit in your voice when you sing this song. Thank you for creating the Bass Bunker. Cheers
@kaynesantor8136Ай бұрын
Bro, the way you kinda gave a simple run down of the licks and shit before you actually played the song is great. Keep doing that. I'm not saying to do a breakdown or tutorial of every song, but just giving some commentary on riffs or parts of particular interest is super insightful and cool as shit. Any information I can glean from you is pure gold. Maybe a quick little anecdote about you and Lars, or Tim coming up with a riff, or something. Whatever you want to share, I'll be more than stoked to listen. Anyway, you're doing good. You're format is coming together. I love it. Much love. Be well.
