9 min 30 seconds…. I think this is a genius idea! A basic analog piano sound layered with a digital piano ( fm or sampled ) makes it 10 x more satisfying, rich and rewarding.

Love the vocoder tips about keeping the vocal low, will use that. We’ve started doing a similar live show but with modular synth and backing tracks, did our first gig a couple of weeks back and are now getting bookings for some festivals next summer

Wow! That bi-timbrality trick you did with the dx7 sound and the Nina sound.. ..I've done something similar with sounds from my JD-800 combined with sounds from my DeepMind 12. This way I have both the digital colors and the analogue warmth and the combination of the two is amazing!

Jamiroquai has a huge importance in my life cause it is me and my dad's favorite band and it has helped create strong bond between us, I was really hoping to listen to the new Jamiroquai album with him but he was recently diagnosed with cancer and they say that he has weeks to live and I was hoping that maybe you could just write a little thing for him before he goes away. Man, who needs a sequencer when Matt is playing! I can't get enough of the groove; especially the clavinet and the vocoder example.
