Very interesting. I find the big standards or big wing flights help with my slow throw to stabilize the darts more, but Gary looks like he throws quite hard so interesting to find that he likes them too, just goes to show we all have to find what works best and they certainly worked well for him :)

i'm presuming he uses the medium 44.2mm stems? that's what it looks like, not the short ones.

How is it that you have the spring in the flight? Or do the big wing flights sit in the stem like that? I've only thrown with standard flights and have never seen this before.

Great vid! Does anyone know if those dartpoints are available? The closest I've seen to that are the unicorn groove 6 but they are grey.

Sorry mate I thot these were the CD points , maybe just unique to Gary . Maybe Unicirn could shed some light on these .

They could shed light on this, but they won't. As you can see. They are CD points, the CD points that are available to the public however are not exactly made to the same spec as Andersons (where there is 32mm protruding from the barrel when the grooves are flush with the barrel).. more like 29mm protruding, because the grooves are cut more central on the point - Unicorn brought out there Anderson-spec point, but if you've ever used them you'd know they're about as useless as throwing Bananas at the dartboard if what you need is actual grip from your points. Why the current spec CD points differ from Andersons, only Unicorn could answer, though, i wouldn't expect one.

Thanks for replying. Do you mean the winmau regrooved 6 ring tips? Will definitely try them, don't think they're the same as in this vid though, seeing as I counted 5 rings.
