It's been almost 1 solid week of waking up at 6:06am for me, after years of waking up after 10. For anyone struggling to wake up early: Don't listen to anyone in your life who is putting you down for sleeping in. Guilt will not make you an early bird. Make the change for yourself, and take it easy. Few people will understand the emotional/physical stress you're going through by just trying to get out of bed, but you are not alone. If you want to wake up earlier, you can do it. You'll be surprised by how quickly you can develop a new habit when you focus on your own well being rather than the opinions of those around you. Good luck

Now you can be in more control when and what time you get out of bed in the mornings or before important meetings or early shifts or on time for scool after late night studying or important early events (just a guarantee not ever to be late again), no matter if you a night owl or suffer depression or went to bed extremely late at 4am this alarm clock is the cream of the crop. Because sometimes you got to study, some love to chat until late or u feel like you got to finish watching that movie or series and even occasionally we gots to party (not gona mention the porn addicts lol) .. Luckily NOW you got a guarantee that you won't ever be late again if you set my alarm (i made it & you wont find it anywhere else it's custom-made), It'll be a one time a lifetime investment only (not even expensive) that'll help you FOREVER! I'm selling an alarm clock that makes you get out of bed immediately guaranteed, as soon as the alarm clock goes off it literally gets you out of bed and force you to walk all the way to the kitchen or bathroom to switch it off because the speaker next to your bed don't have a switch or button to press to stop or snooze it from ringing you must get up and switch of in the kitchen or bathroom wherever you decide.. and when that happens automatically (Newton's law an object in motion stays in motion") that means by the time you get in the kitchen you'll be freshen up and wide awake almost the same as someone threw cold water on you and it'll be easy to keep moving (i usually set it for the latest minute i wana GET UP so i instead use my phone alarm just to WAKE ME UP). So what I did to make my body fully 'wake up' is to make my heart beats faster by just a little work out. Doesn't need to make you sweaty, the purpose is just to make your heart beating faster. I just did jumping jacks, plank, and some leg work. And it worked for me! It make me not sleepy Alhamdulillah. I hope this tip can help you🤗

- Have a plan: you need a purpose to wake up in the morning. Clarify your “Why”. Make a to-do list. - put your phone on the other side of the room before bed, don’t use your phone before bed. - turn on the lights and drink water right away. - wake up at the same time every day go to bed only when you are tired. - find someone to keep you accountable, or to make the early morning change with you. - close blinds, use blackout mask, earplugs, rain sounds, etc. - don’t try to introduce a bunch of new habits at once. Focus on the sleeping habit alone for a month. After 1 year you’ll have 12 strong habits.

Years ago I had an alarm clock and its sound was a nightmare. I became angry right away every morning - because of the sound. Then I changed it, got an alarm with nature sounds. It made a huge difference! Now on my phone I'm using the most gentle alarm. The phone is next to the bed ( of course wi-fi is off) I don't have to get up to turn it off. Still, works for me. And I'm not angry anymore in the morning.

I love that part about maintaining 1 goal/habit you want to set per month; it was immediately what i thought about with your context leading up to it, and it feels great to hear it once again. Sometimes i set like 5 goals a day, without really pursueing them the next day, and i've been like this for months, maybe a couple of years *yikes*. I guess i just want to make myself happy and feel occupied. But lately, because i do want change, i keep finding/looking for this sort of videos without much exercise. It comes naturally. Its funny uncovering how the mind can be a magnet and your habits, even your thoughts, create circles or patterns Thank you man for your inspiration

For anyone that is in need of some assistance, I learned about this in my college class. The reason why you are tired when you get up is because of at which point in your sleep schedule you actually wake up. You sleep is divided into different parts. I won’t go into the extreme details, but it boils down to deep sleep and light sleep. If you wake up during light sleep, you will feel refreshed and ready to go. If you wake up in deep sleep however, your body will want to go back to sleep. It’s not about the time on the clock, it’s about the time in ur mind.

@garrettmelling67874 жыл бұрын
Anukriti Arya but the cycles don’t start at the exact same time, which means that your alarm might be slightly off depending on when the cycle actually happens. Plus, you are still going to be tired later in the day due to just pure exhaustion 👍🏼

@@gracemckeown2785 Are you struggling getting up in the mornings? These tips are great! Here's something I found that worked for me as a last ditch effort when all else failed: the night before when you have higher motivation levels, write down on a piece of paper the exact time you are going to wake up in the morning and then sign it with your name. Place the contract with your alarm clock on the other side of the room. I found it almost impossible to go back to bed after seeing my own signed contract to be awake at 6am. Hope that helps someone!

@Sfranz13 Yeah, I have one of these. Phillips makes the one I have and it's amazing. It starts to slowly get brighter and brighter before your alarm goes off. By the time the alarm goes off your body is already half awake up from the light and you're not in a deep sleep and you wake up to a room full of light. Makes getting up a lot easier

@@somethingneeddoing021 wow, that's cool to hear. My high school started at like 7:00 or 7:10 I don't remeber anymore haha Buuutttt. The good side is that you finished school at 13:10 or 1:10am idk, and you had the whole day after to whatever you had to do. You really had the time to finish everything you needed to So I had to wake up at least at 6am, even earlier sometimes. And I usually did. But as many comments say the same I am now really sleep deprived and sleeping is really hard, especialy waking up...
