That is fantastic , l also do digital artwork on my tablet with a stylus , but l mostly do photo manipulations, i.e lve turned cars into hiver cars and Mad Max, Death Race inspired vehicles , lve alao done some animal mash ups but l use a samsung app to blend and draw my creations . I do use a bit if photoshopping sometimes , but mostiy l draw from scratch . You artwork is amazing by the way 👍

Looks good for trials. I’d imagine what you could do with reverse mats - taking a Thunderbird vehicle and placing it within a real world environment scene.

Thanks. I think the Church came out particularly well. I hadnt looked at in quite a while and had to look at the PSD file to see where the photo ended and the painting began :)

@@Matteline I am a huge fan of old school matte work. I would like to try doing what you did on a few photos. Years ago i sent Al Whitlock a letter and he was nice enough to write back. I still have the letter. I miss the traditional matte painting days. There was a magic to them that doesn't look the same with computer painted matte shots. Which have this phony "Hyper real" look about them. I've seen a few of Al's paintings close up and I am astounded at how little detail they really have. It is more about the direction of light on objects. Where the key is coming from. They're closer to french impressionism than highly detailed
