Thank you for taking care of him. I have a cat, that is a long haired, and he goes to the groomers every 2 months. I also brush and comb him everyday. I can't imagine if I didn't do either one of these things... He would be one big mess! My cat also has very bad allergies, and since he has gone on a novel protein diet(Per my Veterinarian), he does not get yeast infections in his ears, anymore, and he has no skin alllergies, or stomach issues. His coat is so beautiful, now! Anyway, I know this boy is appreciating his groom. He had to be so relieved. I noticed that he seemed so calm. I am sure that has a lot to do with you... I find you very calming. Keep up the good work! ❤ I just had to add this to my comment. I noticed that you replied to someone's comment, about them not knowing your name, and you replied back with telling them your name. Anyway, my cats groomers name is Brittney, too. How cool! Excellent job on that poor dirty poodle! The worst a dog that I ever had was ear mites when I was living in southern Ca. I was able to effectively get rid of them with the powder. I bet he can hear better now too! I am needing some blades sharpened. Does your shop use a service or sharpen them herself? I don’t really want to mail them out to Andis, but maybe that is the best way. What have you done with personal equipment for sharpening?? Thanks

I definitely think he can hear better now! The owner of the shops husband actually has a sharpening busy and we give our blades to him. Prior to that I lived in PA and we had someone come to Petsmart

My rescue dog had many, many food allergies. As a result, his skin was black in patches from scratching. I had him tested right away because the first night he scratched all night. Now clear shin and no itching. Was allergic to potatoes, beef, pork and all types of rice.

Also, my friend used to be a groomer and I helped them clean once for an event, let me tell you, if you think these grooming salons are kept nice and clean, think again lol. There were clumps of hair build up under the kennels and it had a really musty odor in the bathing area. We got it as clean as we could but when you have several employees grooming a bunch of hairy dogs a day, it's going to look like a yucky disaster throughout the day. But again, they aren't there to keep a clean salon every second of the day just so that is aesthetically pleasing to us, they are there to keep the dogs safe and CLEAN .

You are a so good groomer so I have sunscibed and hit the bell. One problem, there is many things I cant se what you do. Many groomers has a camera on their head. I think you will get more subscriber if you has that. It is very bad when owners dont try food that is better for their dogs. I would feal very bad if I not tried and to see how bad my dog feel about the wrong dessitions I made would be horrified every single day. Hope tvey read what other people write her

I know that this video is a year old but I might have a solution for you if you get another fùrbaby with icky ears. I had a shepherd and with the same problem. I had to wash out her ears 2 times a day and talk about a smell. I found that if you put a little vaporub under your nose, you can't smell the ears 😊❤

I don't understand owners who still feed their dogs commercial food when their poor baby is suffering. 9x out of 10 ears and skin issues are diet. Feed your baby real food. Chicken, rice, peas, carrots, broccoli, blueberries, apples, omega 3 oil. This is terrible. I question the owners that they've tried everything to help him. Cheap, commercial dog food is not the answer.

In some of my videos I do use a go pro and some I do not. I try and switch up some angle’s because everyone can not handle that angle. But I typically upload the go pro video on Wednesdays. I’m going to try a different angle for that so it doesn’t give a lot of my viewers a headache or vertigo

Unless you shave them all the way down, poodles cannot live outdoors. Simply getting wet and not getting thoroughly blown out will have a dog looking that way in 2 weeks.

My manager sprays the hair when I am done as flea and tic spray has a strong smell and can be a lot for the other dogs. So you don’t wanna keep spraying it in the salon and it can affect other groomers
