I don't hate the hammond collection baby stegosaurus it's just the jaw looks off to me I prefer the legacy collection baby stegosaurus from the stegosaurus pack I love the details on the hammond collection figure but it's the jaw looks weird In my opinion the baby stegosaurus from the legacy collection it's a little bit more accurate than the hammond collection stegosaurus I'm still buying it regardless

Not to mention the toe claws as well. Usually they do not give the HC herbivores claw paint on their hands. That’s probably why the baby Rex is missing nail paint on the hands

Your not wrong it's the jaw on the baby stegosaurus I dont like I prefer the legacy collection baby stegosaurus looks a little bit more accurate than the hammond collection baby stegosaurus it's the jaw it kills it for me I'm buying it regardless though

Boy, I sure hope Mattel releases Henry Wu, Lex and Tim and Donald Gennaro in the Hammond Collection. Then they can mpve onto all of the human characters from The Lost World. Let's be honest, the humans are the best part of these movies and nobody did them justice more than Spielberg.

It really is much better than I expected. I was originally a bit indifferent to it, but having it in hand I like it quite a bit. The lack of cheeks is inaccurate to the movie, but it doesn't look bad on its own.

Accuracy wise I think this one turned out a bit better then the baby T. rex and Pachycephalosaurus (sculpts are fine, but the coloration and patterns on both are pretty off compared to the source material, such as the animatronics and maquettes Stan Winston Studios used), although not without a few exceptions. The main body coloration, plate shape, and general sculpt detail and proportions (such as the smaller head) are a much better match to the source material (SWS animatronic, and maquette), then last year's Legacy figure, although it was still a nice figure on its own. The issues include the implementation of the jaw articulation (only the beak should open), and a few coloration issues, notably the markings on the face should be more pink in color (such as on last year's Legacy figure), not orange, and the yellow could be less bright, maybe even cream, tan, or brown (as far as the animatronic and maquette goes), as it seems to vary depending on the lighting used, etc. I think the coloration used on the prior promo images was a bit more tame on the eyes, and less gaudy then this final yellow used. Now if only they could give us a proper HC TLW adult Stegosaurus to go with this (hopefully referencing both the unused animatronic, and the final ILM designs in the film). Last year's Legacy one didn't quite hit the mark, as it still used the old JW sculpt, with the dragging tail posture, and didn't really match up with the source material coloration wise (too much brown used on the body, not enough of the cream color). We really need a new size class for the HC anyways, which would open the doors to other things like the Allosaurus, Carnotaurus, etc.

Oh my gosh, Jurassic Park 30th anniversary Hammond Collection The Lost World Jurassic Park baby Stegosaurus is so beautiful, so Dino-fantastic and so cute 😄. I not expected that this figure is so beautiful sculpted, that's so wonderful! Hammond Collection baby Stegosaurus is definitely 💯 percent very important for me to add this figure in my collection 😊. I truly focused on canon species ONLY like Hammond Collection Corythosaurus, baby T-Rex and baby Stegosaurus to add in my Jurassic Park/Jurassic World Dinosaur collection 🦖🦕. In other words, Hammond Collection Irritator and Metriacanthosaurus is not very important for me to pick up because Irritator and Metriacanthosaurus is NOT A PART OF CANON SPECIES LIST, even Concavenator NOT PART OF CANON SPECIES LIST because Concavenator just exists as statue, NOT AS PHYSICAL APPEARANCE in Jurassic World Fallen Kingdom. Cannot wait to grab Hammond Collection baby Stegosaurus soon, seems like i can create my own The Land Before Time series with used Hammond Collection baby T-Rex and baby Stegosaurus as my own baby Dinosaur character, nice video, Andy 🌷🤗.

Sorry guys, but to me this is the weakest Hammond Collection figure. I am not bappy with that mouth.
