For those who don't believe in Jesus, they should study his life, crucifixion and death and what he did so we could be saved and go to heaven. Thank you for another great Bible study!

Please put your audio back on the website with all your teaching as your KZbin list is incomplete for instance what's next is missing alot of crucial teachings to study the whole book . For that I would have referred back to the audio teachings..or givee the link to it I would really appreciate it

"44. It was now about the sixth hour, and there was darkness over the whole land until the ninth hour, 45. while the sun's light failed." Luke 23. This verse is specific for the sun's light failing as the cause of the darkness. I believe it was something physical that blocked the light. There is some evidence that the planets we all know may have been ordered differently in our solar system at one time. For 3 hours of darkness I am thinking that a planet, possibly the planet that we now know as the asteroid belt (a planet that disintegrated somehow leaving just a lot of rocks in a ring around the sun), passed by the sun while being close enough to earth to block the sunlight for the 3 hours it took to pass by. This is conjecture of course, but somehow the sun's light was blocked with something.

I believe something else happened whereby Judas fell forward and his guts spilled out. It's likely that Judas had to hang long enough to die, so I don't think the branch broke soon after, or right away. I think he hung there long enough for his gut to bloat (I've observed this in morgues), probably for several days. During which time the rope weakened, or the branch snapped, and he fell to the ground. As his gut is very much extended (almost like a balloon), and the muscles and skin were rotting around his gut, when he hit the ground his belly burst open, full of gasses and liquids which spewed everywhere. Basically, his belly popped. I'm sorry for the gruesome account, but working in medicine has shown me that this is probably what actually happened.

The actual Aramaic translation is "my God, my God, for this I have been destined." Not forsaken. Mistranslation.
