Thanks for the message susie. Yea, I saw some of the rehearsals for the Take That tribute, and have been to see them at Rockerfellas a few times since last June. Had a right laugh when I was there with his dad as well. Rockerfellas is a great place now as well, not like it was a couple of years ago. Don't know whether you have seen it, but I will send the other M&S vid from mt channel. If you like the Benidorm acts, there are quite a few on my channel.

They may not have been right for the X factor, but they were featured and invited back several times because they are a great pair - and they do sing well together, good harmony.

Beisdes Matthew singing with the incredibly popular Take That tribute, he and his dad created Sunlight Radio, a station for the Costa Blanca. They have been performing as Matthew and Son at Valentines for years. Entertainment is a very volatile business in Benidorm, you can be sacked quicker than you are employed. They are still there, so they must be doing something right. They are bringing in the punters chum, you may not be one of them, but you are not missed.

strongly agree with comments.saw 4days ago.both muttering to one another thru act.matthew very big headed looking at watch all thru act. few people in club&both of em moaning about this rather than embracing people who were !! son-big head.dad-old bumbler, quite rude.past sell date club-wise. son appeared annoyed at hisdad &kept pulling faces thru act. would not go and see again. of course, X FACTOR mentioned over and over again.would have thought they would prefer to forget that!!

It's a little cheesy, but you should never be too cruel about folks making a living from this game. It's tough, and in these resorts, you're out on your ear at a moment's notice, so they have to be pleasing the crowd to survive at all. Each to his own.

Well, they get a good audience at 'Valentines' six nights a week, get asked to perform in other popular cabaret clubs, and keep being asked to feature on TV, so they must be doing something right. I presume you are an expert and an outstanding entertainer yourself, you must let me know when I can come and hear you perform!!!

They would themselves admit that they had a bad audition. As I am sure you know, it is not always easy to choose your key when singing a capella under pressure. They had a bad day. You have bad days, I have bad days, all pro musicians do. The main reason they were invited back onto the X Factor is because they are interesting people, likeable and entertaining. Some people like them, some people don't. Some people despise opera, others live for it. That's showbusiness.

So typical of the dross entertainment nowadays in Benidorm.In the nineties there were some brilliant acts but now apart from one or two they are all karaoke singers.

Each to there own. So where do you sing? Anyway, nobody is getting work in England anymore, all the working mens clubs are closing, or if they are managing to survive, they can't afford entertainment because the smoking ban has drastically depleted membership.
