I got the audiobook off Amazon, and I have listened to it 3 times now. I love it. His flow while he narrates his book is flawless. It’s as if he just called me on the phone and decided to tell me his stories. He narrates his book with such ease of voice you feel like you are just listening to a friend talk. This book, his manner of reading it to us, and his overall story is amazing. This did not feel like a memoir but like a motivational book.

Matthew McConaughey is an awesome actor. But what's greater is he's an awesome person 👍. When he acknowledged the children and teachers who were shot down and killed in his hometown in Uvalde Texas in the way he did, I have nothing but respect for him. 👍😊❤️🙏✝️✌️😎

When I was a kid, I had a tree house that my dad had built. It had a little deck. And you could jump from it onto the trampoline. All the kids were over my house. Kids these days will never know how special 80s kids had it. Back then, there were no cell phones to distract the kids from playing OUTDOORS. And there was no social media to ruin kids' emotions. If I had a kid, they wouldn't get a phone till they were 18.
