"We're going to finish the season strong" - Matthew Nicks. We're constantly getting jumped and the rest of the game , season is playing from behind. Been a theme for 5 Seasons. Hawthorn 0 - 5 they play finals. We were 0 - 5 and end up 15th. Disgraceful

Sorry but I do not agree as the team is not the joke, the players are mismanaged. I believe we have the list apart from requiring 2 additional top line players...Neal-Bullen will be one (if he actually wants to come to the Crows as it currently is) The problem is the coaching panel - Nicks needs to go as he has had a fair go....5 years with a 34% win/loss record speaks for itself. The majority of the games the Crows have lost this year have been lost in a 20-30 minute period where the opposition scores 5-6 goals in a row......there is little chance to keep recovering from that....and yet Nicks makes no changes during these onslaughts. He is obviously a coach that wants to please everyone (7-8 man leadership group is evidence of that) and not prepared to make the really tough calls.....get a coach who has some backbone...Chris Scott, Buckley...or if an already recognised senior coach cannot be signed then give Scott Burns a 3-year contract and state ...you have 3 years to get into finals.....finals performance extension only.

A year full of pathetic performances, right from the start against GC. Bottom 4 in your 5th year as coach, how are you our 3rd longest serving coach!

We're a proud footy team, just like the other 17, who really want to be in finals every year, with the hope we make the GF and even win the GF, every year. We have some injuries, but then so do all the other years, and there's always going to be times when one, or more, of your best players are going to be injured. Then you depend upon your depth of good players form you reserves team, hopefully they can fill the void. This is where it gets tricky. The coach can only work with the personnel that's playing, and with footy being a team game, you only need to have a few weak links and that's the game gone. Last night I saw Dawson legally bump a swan player to take him out of the marking contest, only for a lonesome swan player to take an uncontested mark. His opponent was no-where to be seen, he was actually only a few meters off the contest, but he may as well be sitting on the bench. This year, other teams have managed to fill their teams with players who aren't the household names they replaced, and played admirably, but we seem to have a depth problem. Who are our recruitment people? I don't consider the inclusion of Dawson and Rankine to be something that should be considered to have been impacted by our recruitment team. These players nominated us.

This list is too good to waste on terrible coaching, NICKS OUT. He has shown that throughout this season, he is incapable of managing young players. The rachelle situation proves that. BUCKLEY IN. I'll keep saying it until Nicks is out the door or has shown any signs of changing his stubborn coaching style.

The list is literally awful, the coaching leaves alot to be desired but we'd be lucky to have a top 8 list. Walker, Laird, Smith, Jones, McHenry, Keane, Murphy, Rob, Berry, Nakervis, Bond, Curtain, Taylor, Dowling wouldn't find themselves playing in a top 4 22 this year. Like look at Sydney's team tonight. Our boys aren't taking many of the spots in Sydney's team

Acquisition of high talent players but still players like Murphy, Jones and McHenry gets to play. Needs a hard edge coach sorry but Nicks clearly isn’t the right man to lead the crows - same coaching style next year just like the last 5years another waste of a season. STOP RECRUITING UNDERSIZED ROOKIE PLAYERS TOO.
