Part of it is probably because when I was young my cousin traumatized me telling me a story abt his cousin having one supposedly lay eggs in her skin 🤢🤮 and even though the story was bs(I know now) as a 5 yr old it terrified me and made me have a horrible fear of them...thanks cuz lol 😆
