Matthias, as Ali, had so much to learn, being a parent, housemate with his sister , new job and developing a love affair with Stephanie. He did such a wonderful job. Your heart aches for him, he had to off by himself to regroup. It was a wonderful story. Hw is so kind to his fans. He's such a friendly and warm man. I can hardly wait for his next love story.

As Matthias plays Ari, as a character that does responds from a Stream Of Consciousness. He responds to someone who always seeks him out. Stephanie loves him after the accident and sticks to Matthias as he fulfills her. He has a great deal of love to give and she wants it. He is such a great actor and I look forward to his next film and everyone after that.

Brutal, fragile??? Not the impression I got. Ali is a rather terrible person. Certainly didn't love him. He treated his son badly. Didn't think about his sister. Treated Marie poorly-willingly fucked her without commitment. Only when something bad happened to his son that he turned himself around. So ultimately, I did not care for him. But kudos to Matthias that he would play someone like this.

+J Silver Yeah I know. I suppose everybody has flaws or is entitled to a vice, but I find smoking just stupid. It destroyes your health, endangers your life and shows you are addict. I actually see him smoke a lot in interviews, I hope he at least asks the permission beforehead, because smoking in other people´s presence without asking if you can is just rude.
