Odd, right? I have never seen a video in which the athlete misses a warmup lift because it is far too heavy. I mean, look at how pinned she is!

Looks like she started too early and that leaded to a lot of volume with heavy loads. Sorry my bad english

looks like she was just a bit off that day. I mean her second attempt would've been a pr attempt by one kilo. looks like her squat just wasn't there. I also wouldn't call that far to heavy. Just a lot of lifters tend to have stronger legs than arms. Me personally i would never get pinned on my clean attempting a max cj bc my jerk struggles but I know a few people who struggle to clean then put it over head like its nothing. Her limit is her leg strength atm. still great attempts though.

Seems like crazy early warmups, awesome lifter though. Probably the best form in the USA camp

30 minutes out is a pretty reasonable start to warming up, do a lift every 2-3 minutes so 10-15 warm-ups before stepping on stage.
