hi! 💜 i’m not on Matt’s level, but i feel care for you in whatever situation that is, and i would like to share what i’ve found that helps, if you are interested to hear :) I’ve found that when interacting with narcissists, they mostly want to manipulate and control/play with people (energetically like turning a ball of yarn into a tangled cat’s cradle, for their own entertainment/distraction, bc they can’t face themselves). so the best thing i’ve found/heard is to focus on one’s own integrity, a smooth wholeness, being complete in Love with oneself, practicing to keep your energy under your own sovereignty. the “I am the Light, the Light I am” mantra helps there :) and don’t be hard on yourself for inevitably letting them get to you, bc they will; that’s their superpower. I would advise just keeping as much distance from people like that as possible; for me they’ve been more destabilizing than helpful for my growth. if they can’t torture/manipulate you, they’ll likely get bored/frustrated and turn their attention elsewhere. hope that helps ☺️🌻

I cant believe I woke up from an afternoon napitation hearing you say the very words 44:38 “This is a work of art” 44:44 “You are witnessing all the other versions of your artistry” WHEN IN FACT I woke up first thing this morning and was lead into this very conversation with my hubby. After a brief convo he asked if I was going to make art. And I said, “Life is art”. And then BOOM, the flood of recognition. In recent years, Ive been playing with art as a meditative practice of self awareness ~ breathing, posture, tension, allowance, criticism, judgement, all the things. And this morning realized (again in a deeper way tho), what if I took my experience in my art room of presence and self awareness out to public. And when things don’t go my way, or I’m triggered in CPTSD or emotional flashback by some current offense, that I use the same lessons and presence to realize the same acceptance of trial, perceived error & ultimately appreciation. Stop differentiating. Everywhere I am, is the art room. I pray others recognize that their peace found in isolation can be found in public. We carry the creation. 💗 Talk about confirmation! 👁️🫵🙏👣🌈🫶

Every choice has already been made from start to finish.. even in parallel dimensions where it's playing out in infinite ways. And you thinking you're making choices is the experience of what it feels like to feel like you're making choices in a reality where choices have already been done. That's the determination part of it, but where's the free will? The free will is saying hey, you may be following in a timeline where things have already been done and you may be moving in and out of timelines where it's all been orchestrated & think that you're coming up with what's already occurred. But your freedom of will is not to think that you're in charge of making choices all the time, but that your freedom of will is that your choice is to choose the most powerful reasons why you do what's already meant to be. So you just get to come up with all the fantastical reasons for what you'll do and the more fantastical, conscious, and empowered of a reason you come up with for what you do.. you then bring the higher vibrational energy into reality, you move into a timeline where then you find yourself naturally attracted to more empowering choices." - Matt Kahn "Every single thing happens at an exact moment of time. Not one moment sooner, not one moment later. Everything is so exact in the Universe. And that lets us know that all outcomes have already been determined by the will of the Universe. And you are that Universal will that dresses up as a person to explore what you have already determined to be. Now you don't remember determining these choices because you weren't a person then, so you couldn't personally remember because you weren't in a form yet. It was all done on a very cosmic level. And here in these bodies you may not necessarily determine what happens, which is the predetermination part of Universal will, but your freedom of will gives you the opportunity through your evolving consciousness to decide how you will perceive what occurs, how you will interpret the symbols of your experience and depending upon how you interpret the symbols and perceive each situation will determine how heart-centered or fear-based of an experience you will have from start to finish. Each and every life will unfold in its Divine perfection and yet we as the experiencer determine the quality of that experience. We essentially determine from what dimension will I watch the movie of my life from. Instead of the screen being 30 feet in front of you, you're watching the movie from within the body of the main character." - Matt Kahn "We could agree that we have experiences of choice. And the only place in which we have experiences of choice are in the dimension of time." - Matt Kahn "What's interesting is that when you start to see that everything happens simultaneously, that literally like the moment a being is birthed into this world.. every moment of their life occurred simultaneously in different dimensions.. including the death of that being. But like a movie you're only gonna see what's on the screen at that moment, kind of like you're in the movie theater and you're seeing scene # 1 of the movie, it just started. You know all the other scenes are lined up in the projector ready to kind of shoot at a certain speed and show you a movie. It's not like the script is being written while you're in the theater, it's not like it's being directed while you're there. It's already in the can, it's already filmed. Each of us in every moment arrive in each moment. When we arrive in each moment, we are not waiting in space for life to appear. Everything about each moment is already there, we're actually the last to arrive in every moment. Therefore everything has actually already happened. Every choice has already been made. Yet we have the freedom to make whatever choice we are drawn to based on our level of consciousness that moment, which is ensuring the lessons we are going to learn, simply to create the foundation for more expansive consciousness. And the more expanded our consciousness becomes, the greater the choices we make. And of course the irony is we were never meant to arrive at expanded consciousness one second earlier than we're meant to, and we're never meant to make beautiful empowered choices any sooner than we're meant to." - Matt Kahn "How many times have we ridden a roller coaster or seen kids or adults riding a roller coaster and they've gotten into the seat, they've pulled down the safety bar and they've kind of slumped over in their seat, their head dangles down and they've closed their eyes. And their friends go, "Why are you just slumped over with your eyes closed? And they say "Well the ride drives itself, I don't have any say in the matter.. so why try?" Every single person that rides a roller coaster sits upright, holds onto the bar, their eyes are wide open and they're soaking up every moment of the experience. Just because they're not steering the roller coaster doesn't mean they're not being given an exhilarated or exciting experience to have. So just in the same way that someone wouldn't be on a roller coaster and go, "Well I don't drive this thing, I'm just gonna close my eyes and this is pointless." If it was so pointless we would never get in line for the roller coaster. If it was so pointless we'd never come to the amusement park. (we chose to be here!) But life is the Disneyland of higher consciousness, and so even though we are not necessarily steering this thing, we are certainly in the experience of being given the opportunity to have the most exhilarating thrill ride, depending on how often we choose to open our eyes and let in what's being given to us." - Matt Kahn

Bird shit on the head has happened to me. It felt traumatic. In hindsight hearing his story made me interpret the experience this way: show me how completely blessed I am “ the universe says if he can remain in that vibration with bird shit on his head, he’ll clear years of karmic history, allowing the ego to gain its wings “ this proved to me no matter how it seems, where we are is where we need to be to get to where we are destined to be. It may take longer than we want it to but we’re always exactly where we are for a reason. Only until we accept the fact that what the universe is teaching us requires patience and compassion… we will feel stuck. I am the 1st to admit to feeling stuck. Am I alone ? I doubt it and it’s ok bc where we are is no less sacred than where we want to be. It’s all about the way we respond to ourselves in the experience versus feeling a need to immediately change our present situations. I hope this helps someone. Today was a doozy. Contrast everywhere I look which means the universe is moving on my behalf, it’s only a matter of time before the contrast becomes catalyst for transformation. This is a messy path but it’s no less sacred. Perfection doesn’t have to exist in a world where we are self compassionate. May love and miracles touch each person that watches this. Your best is enough. Just do your best and practice waiting compassionately.
