This man is living proof that you can have a sense of humor about all kinds of things and still be a decent human being at the same time. Walking on eggshells constantly never works because there will ALWAYS be someone offended about what you say, so seeing Matt say “fuck that” and just unapologetically be himself is amazing.
@toziassmitt2 жыл бұрын
I generally think he’s pretty funny and this is a well put together set, but god, starting immediately on the “everyone is so offended these days!” material is just a rough one. Every single comedian and their mother for about 5 years has been harping on the “don’t get offended!!” crap. We get it. I’ve watched bill burr do it, Ricky gervais do it, chapelle did it to death, now I find a new comedian and he’s doing it too
@Adelicows2 жыл бұрын
You don't need to walk on eggshells to avoid joking about sexual abuse. You just need to be a decent person. A decent human wouldn't try to manipulate someone into sleeping with them. A decent human wouldn't think it's funny to ejaculate on someone's face either when they obviously didn't want it. This man is living proof that he is not a decent human being.

All those production companies out there that wouldn’t take a chance on you ought to feel real bad right now. I’m so glad you made this happen!

He's very smart. Both this and his 2nd one were done by him to put on here for free. I noticed he's sold out on most of the dates also. Really great comedian & wonderful person. I loved both of his specials. I think it was great marketing. He puts specials on here for free. Everyone loves him and wants more. Now his shows are sold out.

Jumped over from tiktok, and i must say i am impressed. As a fan of comedy, i know most specials are multiple recordings. You either have an amazing editor or this was literally just an hour of stand up that you pulled off like a big time comedian. Working the club and doing a special is very different and you made the jump pretty well. Keep up the grind man, it will pay off!!
@shemybacchus39373 жыл бұрын
This was such a pleasure to watch. Different kinds of specials evoke different emotions. Some specials blitz you with joke after joke. Leaving audiences gasping for air. While others, are a bit more methodical. The rhythm set up in a way that allows the audience to think and process and really live with each punchline. The best ones are a mixture of both and this one certainly knocked it out of the park. There were moments when I couldn't help but laugh and then there were parts that really stuck with me as I thought "he's actually making a very good point". 10/10 and would highly recommend!
