They can react but how will they undrstand the lyrics and even if someone translate it then it will strip off its meaning altogether. Like 'shamaa ko pighalne ka armaan kyu hae, patange ko jalne ka armaan kyu hae'. They don't have those words that can convey the real meaning. Its impossible.
