Funny thing is the only board i skate is Maurios. Its because its the only one my size and is carbon fiber. Im 230lb so i snap regular boards really easily. Takes a lot to snap Maurios Carbon Fiber Santa Cruz. Plus it's a twin tail which i love.Keeps me from razer tailing one side to nothing. Only 2 layers of carbon fiber. It helps tremendously and i Don't feel any difference between all wood.

They do this where they get paired up with people who compete in an opposite bracket so they don't have to session alone and so they don't have to be in direct competition. That way they can have a more organic session with breaks and a less intense spotlight.
