If he learns a bit of restraint, he is a very good basketball analyst that can bring quite a few quick and meaningful things to a conversation or a youtube video. He had to constantly refrain himself from not talking over other people and when he talked, he goes into these fast rattles of information, sometimes even coming back to the same points as it is just that important to him to say them. Maybe it is a bit of a lack of socialization, but I think it does give him an edge in saying the harder things that people don't want to hear, even though they might be true.

I've learned a lot from him too, and I'm inclined to agree from a Xs and Os standpoint though I can't really assess that as a non-coach. However, he can have the best bball IQ in the world but that doesn't matter if you can't manage personalities and keep players and the organization bought in. Not saying he can't do it, but I don't think it would be easy with his low patience for any sort of mistake. It shows here even in a more relaxed setting than his normal videos and I'd be curious to see how he interacts with players. Could see him losing half of a locker room based on tone alone if he can't control his frustration.
@raymondqiu82026 ай бұрын
He can definitely coach an NBA team with his good tactics and IQ. With regards to handling players, they will listen if the strategies they are told actually work and it seems Awful Coachings strategies would work so that shouldn't be an issue. Awful Coaching wouldn't get frustrated if the players actually do the right thing and the players will do the right thing because if the tactics work, they will win games
