Took me about two hours to make the same modification. Spend almost 35 $ for parts. Can confirm that drone is much quieter. Drone is flying stable as with original props. Had little issue with aligning propellers due to primitive tools used while grinding ANAFI props. First prop was made with difficulties but three other went smoothly. Always using this props after all. Thumbs up for the author.

Just did the mod and everything seems to be working really well. Total cost: $3 for the set of Anafi props, $3 for a set of Spark props, and whatever tools I had lying around. Spent maybe 30mins on the first prop, and 5mins each for the rest. It gets easier once you figure out the best way to cut and sand down the Anafi props (ended up using wire cutters).

Dixie Shuffler - My Air is loud. Whines just like the one shown here. But my MavPro is markedly quieter, don't know how you can say it's in any way as noisy as the Air, to me they're very different sounding indeed. To me it's the DJI drone least in need of quieting down...

Thank you for the likes, Guys. I would love to do it for you, Guys but unfortunately, I have no idea yet on how shipping works here in Japan. I just moved here last year and still getting use to the Country. Especially the language. It is somewhat difficult for me to communicate and ask around. Though, you could DIY for yourself, it is not that difficult, actually :) Happy flying :)

I don't know about you guys!? But I kind of like the noise the props make,,,, I own DJI 3 standard, advanced, pro,,,, DJI 4 pro and the Mavic air, walkera runner 250 and I love the sound of loud props,, I know lots of people rather be more stealthy and discrete when flying but I like both,, happy flying my friends👍🏼👍🏼🇺🇸🇺🇸

Pressed in. Just push it out firmly but with care.

I just made a set of these and they do reduce the pitch and annoying sounds quite a bit!! But oh boy, do they take a long time to make!

Yeah, kinda pain to make at first but once done, all is worth it. Been and always flying with it ever since.

Masashi Imamura THeres an occasional, high pitched, harmonic sound that comes and goes at random with these props. Do you know how to get rid of it or what causes it? I can hear it in your video. Its a quiet hum then randomly, a high pitched sound comes about.
@imamuramasashi6 жыл бұрын
@@edbjr8 I think it has something to do with the wind generated by the props. Its tip needs to have an angle to it as like to the MPP props and M2P. Just my thought. Have not yet tried it though. Been busy with my move out going back to my home country. Once I have settled again, will do an updated one.

It is sort of impossible to make so big difference considering DJI is a leader in drones . I am really amazed with your work. Anafi's props are about 2 US$ and I'll buy a set at once to make try noise down my Spark. Another thing is very , very noticeable and that is 25 minutes fly time for only 320 grams Anafi vs 13 minutes Spark's time. Anafi has a fly insect wings looking props, and learning from nature, but DJI has that sharp design look. Is it all about design, or it is noise level, fly time, less RPM, efficiency...? DJI, learn from Anafi! Or it is all about selling much more 13 minutes flying batteries. Thanks for this video Masashi !
@imamuramasashi6 жыл бұрын
The Anafi props is a little long for the spark. But, if you could look for Anafi's screw for the props and if it will fit the Spark's Motor Thread, may be, just may be it would be just the right length. I will test this when I get the chance to go back to my home town. Will update once done. I bought the 8 set Anafi Props just in case :) Happy flying and thanks for your comment :D

Nice Job, have you tried to remove the DJI quick release ring using the ANAFI screw (sold with the Anfi propellers original pack) and the try to screw them directly to your motors ? I tryed with my spark but the threat size is to small in the spark i need a bigger thread or smaller size screws)

How is the difference in hover rpm and speed comparisons? Awesome mod!
@imamuramasashi6 жыл бұрын
Hover rpm, it seems like it is less spinning as usual because it has more lift than the stock. Though, I think drag is increased as well. Speed, almost the same but more aggressive than stock. Tested in Sports Mode. Thanks.

Great job !! every mavic air/spark user is waiting for silent prop ! But HOW do you eject pin to take spark's prop apart ? i tried hard -> impossible !?
@imamuramasashi6 жыл бұрын
Just push the pins from the bottom side. You should put it somewhere it will elevate the base's props with a hole for the pin to go through when pushed.

Ich möchte mal wissen, wie dick dieses Kunstoffröhrchen ist was als Lager benutzt wurde und woher man das beziehen kann. Eine Materialliste mit Bezugsquelle wäre ganz nett gewesen zu dem Video. I would like to know how thick this Kunstoffröhrchen is what was used as a warehouse and where to relate. A material list with reference source would have been nice to the video.

Not sure. I have not yet compared it with the Stock props (flight time). But I got around 14:53 minutes during the long distance test at 100M plus height via GPS. Landed at 15% battery life left. Hope this helps.
