Mavic Mini Versus Mavic 2 Pro - Video Comparison

Thanks for your video! As you point out, at least on my screen (macbook pro 15 inch with retina display) I see virtually no difference in image quality between them. I've read wonderful reviews about the pro 2 air. But my concern is getting the larger gimbal into various countries, whereas the mini is under the size limits so no issues. I have never owned a gimbal so have never tried to travel with it. Please clarify any difficulties traveling with the mini-thanks for your help!

Two things, you could have either had mini downscale mini's 2.7k OR still have mavic record 4k, then upscale mini's 2.7k. Having one record to 1080p is a bad comparison while the other had downscaled video from 4k.

the mini is good, why not have filmed in 2.7 k with the mini ?

Actually, I was not planning on doing anything with the video capture, I was just flying for fun. Afterwards as I was looking at the quality of the Mini video, especially when I looked at my M2P footage, I thought it may make a good comparison video. The quality of the Mini video is very good, even at 1080P. Not as good as the M2P, of course.

Is this mean Mavic pro should stop selling ? And only sell Mavic mini ? Say good bye to Mavic 2 Pro

I would say no. As far as I know Mavic 2 Pro has higher bit rates and more options for colour profiles. I don't think the Mini can shoot log and for a lot of shooters that is a deal breaker!
