RE: height thing - my boyfriend is 5'4" and I am 5'9". It took a bit of getting used to and unlearning our subconscious societal expectations or whatever but four years in, neither of us could give less of a fuck and neither does anyone else lol. and I never cared that he was smaller than me, I cared that I was bigger than him and I had to come to terms with my own height. P.S. As a tall girl, I am offended, George.

5’9 girl here, it actually doesn’t matter about the height thing. I’ve dated men the same height as me and if they’re mature and serious about liking you it won’t bother them. I found once I’d left school if really mattered less about height!

Exactly how I feel as a 5’10 woman. Obviously perfect partner would be taller but I am not passing on anyone nice purely because they are shorter. Just a shame that tall women don’t get the same treatment and are rejected off the bat because a lot of men can’t stand to have a woman taller than them 😐
