Hi mr Jose I have a question do you think if I run a compression test using a servicemaxx and one of the injector is kind of low on Rpm that means that injector is bad ?

Do you have issues connecting the valve cover gasket connectors ? Seem to be a pain trying to reconnect.

What is the normal amount of time taken to do a injector replacement ? Also what are the pricing parts and labor ?

Hey there Travis. Injector on a Maxxforce DT is between 260 - 325. (Depends on remanufacturer). Time wise would be between 2 to 3 hours. Others parts needed is oil rail seal kit (60 - 80 bucks). Valve cover gasket (if needed) 375 these are just rough estimates on parts. Give or take a few bucks. Labor wise. I charge 170 for the labor over here in south Texas. For if you want to save on labor. Job is not too intensive. From 1 to 5. I rate it at 3.5.

Wow congratulations on not showing a single person on how to actualy get the injection out of the head..ya skipped right over that part and went into " were gonna go ahead and replace the valve cover gasket"...pretty sure the world knows how to back out 2 t40 torx bolts...I give it a 10!...a fucking 10!
