I think he was just thinkin bout Leprechauns? Anyway, he has like five minutes left to finish the test and he miraculously gets every answer right (cause of his leprechaun luck) and I just thought that was so cool as a kid. This move is so iconic. It's villains are so great, the principal is irredeemably evil, and it's always nice to have a one-sided easy to hate villain getting slammed. The bullies and ice cream man are stereotypical and comically evil at first but they get just enough backstory to be humanized, so that Max does start to feel a little villainous, even if they do deserve what they get. Megan and Robe fill their roles so perfectly, it's like, everyone is simple but it allows the film to be so easy to watch, to convey what it wants to. This isn't a movie I watched often as a kid, but I remember it so clearly.

This is a movie that has always stayed in my mind after seeing it for a few reasons. One, it was just a fun movie, but the others include the fact that that FUCKING FROG was understandably creepy when one is younger (and that song IS catchy, it's still stuck in my head word for word), and also that ending, now that I think about it, is just the ending to the Street Fighter II anime... anyway, was fun to see you talk about it, and it's impressive how much I remember about this movie, despite not seeing it for more than a decade and a half. i've barely started the video but i just want to say thank you so much for making this. i loved this movie growing up and even as a 20-year-old, i quote the principal jokingly and yell "cease!" whenever my friends and i are goofing off. i have no idea if they get the reference lol. this movie was my jam growing up as a kid, and i always looked forward to when disney would randomly have it on as a re-run. it's one of those perfect summer movies you watch in elementary school that never gets old. i've not seen in since the 2000s and i'm imagining if i rewatched it now it would suck but it's just nice to know that this ancient piece of disney media was forgotten lol!

This movie stayed with me for a while and all I remember of it was evil ice cream man, bully traumatized by furry, "I WANT MY HAND HELD", and Josh Peck. Like I forgot the name of this movie until this video. I also remember when I was finished watching it I played Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness where I was in the final area of the game for the first time pushing blocks to stop the lava flow and snagging a Shadow Macargo. Can't tell if my good memories of this movie come from my enjoyment of it or me finding that final area of Pokemon XD really cool.

"I remember hearing about this movie. Don't think I ever watched it though." *Evil Ice Cream Man* "Okay, no I think I watched this once, actually. Maybe just a snippet of it here and there?" *Mr. McGuire dressed as a lobster* "Alright I definitely saw this once the whole way through." *Robie and being gross* "...More than once." *Hope you like Lasagna* "...a few times." *Dobs* "H-how many times did I watch this movie...?!" seriously i've had one hell of a journey throughout this review. With every second that passed, more and more of an ancient memory was unburying itself. The plot, lines of dialogue, the weird cartoony stuff. It's amazing that I remember this movie as well as I do, despite forgetting everything about it. Yes I realize that sentence doesn't make sense but how do you think _I_ feel?

One thing that I always thought about when I saw this movie was “wait what about the paper he had to write and turn in on the Friday he was going to move? Did he ever write it?” I can just imagine the movie ending with the teacher saying “Max do you have the paper I assigned to you?” and then Max looks at the camera with a look of “Oh no” then it ends there

SWIRLY EXPERIENCE Growing up, my best friend and I heard about swirlies on tv and movies so we wanted to get ahead of the bullying and do it ourselves. I gave her a swirly because she asked me to and then I didn’t get one back. My mom was FURIOUS that she had to tell my best friend’s mom what I did 😅

I went to a summer camp/day care for 5+ years as a kid. We would watch a movie a couple times a week. There were only about 5 total. I only remember 2 because we watched thwm at least twice a week. Jimmy Neutron and Max Keeble. You mentioned in your recent video you did a video on this and I came right over. I LOVE this movie. So many scenes are burnt into my memory from this movie and it is awesome to see someone else appretiate this obscure gem!

Oh this was a movie I LOVED as a kid! Any time it was on I watched it. It was like Home Alone meets Big Fat Liar, it was kids vs adults, the bullied vs the bullies, and living out the childish fantasy of doing whatever the hell you wanted and getting away with it. This movie may not be Oscar worthy, but it's fun and worthy to be watched by any kid.
