Nah, sounds like he’s self employed.. as he doesn’t have someone to labour for they don’t need him now If they get another fitter, a labourer will be needed

@@P44NTT yeah could be, but the way it came across was he was full time via a company and was a second man, and his job relied on having a driver.. but if he passed his drug test and the driver didn't, its unfair dismissal if he got sacked as collateral.. went through something similar and won my case.
