@@ronmurray7349 That’s not what happened. They were going to pit Piastri first but Norris was scared of being undercut by Hamilton. They told Norris they would pit him first to cover Hamilton on the condition he swapped back with Piastri (after the Hamilton threat was neutralized) since he was taking priority that wasn’t supposed to be his. They did the undercut and Norris wasn’t swapping back like he was supposed to. Norris isn’t wholly at fault, but he knew what the conditions were when he asked to pit early. That wasn’t his stop to take and he doesn’t get to whine after the fact because he didn’t get to steal the win from Piastri. Piastri has done the same for him plenty of times before and never so much as complained.

He is a spoilt brat who needs a reality check. Won one race and thinks he’s the shit. If the gap was below 50 points I’d understand. But 75+ points with only half the season left? Consistently overpushed the car, warranting those messages from his engineers and directors, and then had the gaul to complain that Piastri wasn’t catching up quickly enough. Was easily slower than his teammate for 50 laps. Some of the responses he gave back to his engineers on the radio reminded me of how a rebellious child talks to their parents as soon as they hit puberty. Needs a wake up call. I do agree though, that MCL lack the professionalism and communication skills that RB have.

This race showed what I always have said: One thing is to catch up with a superior car, the other is to pass a skilled driver. Verstappen complained that Hamilton turned right. Verstappen must learn that it is important to follow the track direction. It will avoid many crashes and track exiting.
