I really like that the reason the Doomslayer kills “God” and revived “Satan” instead actually does make logical sense. If he revived God, the same “stalemate” that had been going on between heaven and hell would continue, perhaps eternally. Reviving God would fix *nothing* when it’s bluntly stated that killing Satan will also kill *every* *single* *demon* *in* *existence.* The choice, for the Doomslayer, is obvious.

but in the process it also killed him, or I don't know, I think its more or less implied that he either died or went into a coma again like we see him in doom 2016 just waiting for him to be re awakened when the demons return again for him to slay so for now he rests, maybe eternally who knows, unless someone brings back the demons then we probably wouldn't be seeing him til then

@@DevilSlayr Dyson sphere would dim the sun but is currently undoable since you have to use rockets to send a lot of solar panels to completely covers the sun while blocking sunlight by covering just the earth with dark materials would be easier albeit kinda stupid.

The mongolian throat singing stuff is 100% real. In fact Mick assembled a full chorus made up of metal singers to do vocals for some of the songs. Also yes the lawnmower stuff is true and I'm pretty sure one of the songs have a sampled chainsaw too. There is actually a pretty good GDC talk on youtube where he talks about all kinds of crazy stuff he did while making the music for Doom 2016.

Airier, the dog breed at 14:59 is a Russian Breed called Borzoi. They were used to track and hunt wolves, and yes. They're absolutely massive dogs in just how long they are. As far as I know, they're called the Vicar Amelia breed by the internet because they kinda look like Vicar Amelia from Bloodborne.

On of the things that sold me on the devs is they saw the polygon reviewer gameplay and they said that was a failure on the teams fault. They said if someone can't figure out how to di something, or they where playing in a borning way, that's the games fault and they need to do better. Taking the challenge to make a game playable for a polygon journalist, top tier difficulty that team is designing games on.

As someone who has never played a single Doom game before Eternal: It is not that complicated with all the buttons. After a few hours you get used to it. I already finished it twice and it's perfect for lifting your mood after a bad day

About difficult: Max0r is not wrong that you should play at the level you can play but the problem comes when someone says they "beat" the game and make fun of others that didn't but only were able to do it because they played on easy.

Max0r hasn't collab'd with Watame _yet_ , but he did get Ironmouse for his _Elden Ring_ review. She LOVES _Eldon Ring_ , and would have 100% jumped on that. And while it's understood that Kson and Nizuna have other pasts, out of respect fans generally don't talk about them (although some things do get brought up from time to time to troll them). Both have joined VShojo, and are the founding members of VShojo Japan. Sadly, the same people who got unhappy with a certain hololive dragon also got unhappy with VShojo and basically nuked their own clips channel on bilibili. I think we and VShojo will live, though. Speaking of the _Elden Ring_ review, since there were a bunch of references in it to _Honkai Impact 3rd_ , I'm looking forward to eventually seeing what Max0r makes of it, considering it's so much more of everything than _Genshin_ .

Basically Eternal (and Doom in general) focuses on playing to its strengths and leaning into what it does best instead of having lots of different gameplay style and leaving the player to choose what to use. This means that while Doom isn’t as expansive and varied as Skyrim, it more than makes up for that by being the most refined linear combat game it can be.

Oakay first of Skyrim reasled with actual engien improvments over the years and ports to other systems while also updating in the most popular mods into the game, and including free dlcs and other smaller details. and fixing some issues years later, really helping with modding the damn thing. Okay cuz I feel the need to say this: The Style of Music in Doom Eternal has been Labeled Argent Metal and there is a Channel known as JeoffPlaysGuitar that basically Doomifies every Song Ever so I suggest Kindly that you watch some of his Stuff (I personally Recomend his Work on Hollowknight and his two Original Tracks were he takes Doom Muisc and redoes it to fit Fighting Cyborgs in Cyberpunk and to Kill Psycho's in something akin to Borderlands, Mad Max or Rage 2) Also Argent Metal still uses Guitars... just 9 Strings and alot of Sythwork

the old Doom is the most Christian game meme is true yet flipped with Doom Eternal as you are basically playing the Antichrist (the games intro pretty much states this as you see Doomslayer's helm and the Slayer Rune as a voice over of a street preacher talks about "the mark of the beast" which is a line always linked to the antichrist), plus you not only kill god but open a gateway into Heaven from Hell leading to demons invading and finally the ending of the base game has a voice over from a survivor stating that Doomslayer is the God of Humanity - so you got the finally bit of antichrist lore aka they will rule the earth. Now if new Doom 3 is to follow this then there should be a return of the Maykrs for a final showdown. The whole of the Doom saga is just a long planned Coup by Samual so he could take over Heaven.
