Iirc you can also use the Mimic Veil to (slowly) walk past the Frenzy Tower by the Dectus Lift. The big madness eye in the sky will stop doing anything if you're standing still as a prop.

Wanna know something funny? When you mentioned the Depraved parry Gundyr, I started my first DS3 run as a depraved and I couldn't fight Gundyr normally and remembered a vid of Ongbal parrying them with a katana unsheathe, so I did that and kept at it for a bit because I got the furthest with it and ended up winning. Mind you, I did not do SL1 run, I just did a fairly normal run, but still, funny how he brought that up.

A bit tangential but should still be relevant what Kip said. I just noticed how streamers / youtubers whole frame of reference shifts into the creator bubble. And I doubt anyone would allege that the most souls creator are toxic in the community. Sadly we normies tend to play/interact with other random normies and there is a higher chance to get someone with those mentioned play style and want to force it onto others.
