Made a custom drawbar for my L20 collets so I could use them in my lathe.

Very nice job, I too have a V10 but a metric version. You are very lucky to have a set of L20 collets they are as rare as hens teeth and expensive.

I appreciate it! The vise is a 3 inch vise from eBay for around $60 USD. I haven’t had any issues with it so far. Hi, great video. I have the exact same type V10, no P. Though mine is missing some parts, would You be willing to provide me some info about the parts? I am missing gears for the main saddle handle as well as the handle itself, the rack is there though. regards, ns

Hi Rod, I to have a V10, it does have some differences from your machine though. What is the hose clamp fixture around the mill for?

Hey Slim, I believe the previous owner used it as some sort of depth stop for the milling head. I haven’t actually tested it out myself, but it seems like it would work if properly tightened. I thought it was pretty creative which is why I haven’t removed it

Hello, collets are much more accurate/hold tighter tolerances than 3 jaws. Depending on the size of the work piece, set up time is about the same for each
