Alireza! we haven't heard from him for a while, and personally I would love to know more about him. Another suggestion I have is Salem Saleh from the UAE, I think he's severely underrated.

1) I feel like you don't developp your interviewee s ideas that much and don't take time to push backs his ideas You re asking a question after another and just taking the answer and moving on I believe it's better to share more your thoughts too even and discuss more the answers (as you did with Kramnik which was a bit special not an interview more centered on a guy s carreer / opinions ..) but yeah Well that's the definition of an interview in a sense But I believe it could be better to be "on discution mode" would be much better at least for me like more a podcast where you share a bit of your ideas too or comment on the answers... And I understand that you prepare (and pretty well) to the interview by preparing lots of questions and you want to ask them all and not take too much time neither... But yeah Or you can creat a special format with real discussions And maybe I m a bit biased after the interview where also Maxime is being very clear with his precise answers where you feel it does not need more explanation 2) Maxime is very interesting in his ideas and his perspective and answers were excellent in the sense of "very clear" very precise, very sharp Really cool interview

@@ADliver4430 Thanks for the feedback! It's an interesting topic re how much I should intervene and take the time for articulating my thoughts during a podcast episode. I sometimes do it more often, other times - less often. With Maxime, I've decided to give him as much airspace as possible, since it's such a rare occasion to see him in long-form podcasts/interview (unfortunately!)

Thank you for your fantastic podcasts! I think it would be fascinating to hear an interview with a player who recently made a significant jump in rating-say, from 2100 to 2400. It would be very interesting to learn about their training methods, key breakthroughs, and any advice they might have for others.
