What os the time signature and bpm of this track, max? Awesome... you did it 🙌🏻

The BPM is around 140, and it's all 4/4! Sections of the song might feel like a 6/8, but that's because of that it's based on the triplets of the 4/4. The tom-groove coming in in the 2nd "triplet-breakdown" gives it away that it's not a meter nor tempo change :)

Haha! I actually charted/wrote the transcription while waiting for the video to render/export, hehe.. But I've got years of experience transcribing songs, and LA gave me a lot of experience with quickly having to learn 10 songs before a rehearsal the same night, for an upcoming show the next day. Those skills are helping me out here!

Great cover Max, sounds barely distinguishable from the original track in ONE DAY. Got a question, might be a stupid one: I saw that your transcription of the song places the snare on beat 3 of the bar. Just wondering, is there a way to differentiate between whether a song has that or the normal 2 and 4? Thanks in advance.

Thank you very much! Appreciate it. Regarding your question, it's a feel-thing. Both ways work perfectly fine. I feel the quarter note being 140bpm rather than 70bpm, and that makes the difference. I also find it easier to read and feel this way! However, writing it as the backbeat on 2+4 rather than 3 would work just as well. In this song, It's not super clear either. Some songs, it's obvious what the "quarter note tempo" is.
