Perfect use for the small loop bands! I never bought them because I associated them with booty exercises.

A friend of mine put on an inch on his arms (now about 19”) by drinking 4-5 pints of milk a day and doing bodyweight tricep exercises. He didn’t really think his arms would /could get much bigger

You can just loop a longer band and require no additional carbineer.
