Teresa Thomas is a networking expert and author of Win/Win Networking: Your Guidebook for Confident and Effective Connections and 50 Fun Things: Enjoy the Small Things. Through her Win Win Connects umbrella brand, she catalyzes meaningful connections for people, possibilities, and purpose.
With 25+ years’ experience as a Connector, Teresa has helped thousands to connect and grow through her programs, presentations, and books.
In 2019, Teresa was named Women in Business Champion through the Small Business Administration (SBA) of Minnesota and as Dynamic Connector as one of AARP's 50 Over 50 exemplary leaders.
Teresa leads a private LinkedIn group for WIN (Women in Networking). Teresa took on the leadership of WIN (founded in 2002) in 2007.
She grew the LinkedIn group from 200 to 2000. With the onset of the pandemic, Teresa became more strategic with the group and evolved it from a local, membership-based networking group to an international community of connection of 8000. LinkedIn recognized the WIN LinkedIn group as one of their most engaged groups.
To expand impact, Teresa now trains other Facilitators to lead using the Win Win Connects programs, tools and support for their own groups and organizations.
As a social media and LinkedIn consultant, Joyce Feustel provides individual and group LinkedIn and Facebook training. Her one-to-one tutoring session are offered via Zoom (and in person for folks in the Denver area) to help business owners and job seekers be more effective and productive while using LinkedIn and Facebook.
She also trains and speaks to groups in person or via Zoom. She has a certificate in social media marketing from Colorado Free University.
By providing social media training (primarily on using LinkedIn) for business owners and job seekers, she finds it very rewarding to know that these folks use LinkedIn more successfully, leading to them getting more business or landing a great job. She also loves being booked as a speaker at organizations and companies.
