The game seems fun. Kinda like a mix between Street Masters (for the hand/equipment part) and Dead of Winter (for the scavenging). Nice playthrough as always.

You can use "resourceful" on any discard pile. Even your opponents piles to take their gear.

The fuel cards say "Equip immediately... or discard" so they don't go to your "hand" or did they change this rule?

This was a fun watch. We have a house rule: The gunslinger’s horse actually gives you two extra carrying capacity...instead of using up two of your carrying capacity.

That really mess up balance tho and I see no reason why it would be necessary. For thematic reasons, riding a horse/bike would make it harder to wield other items, you might still carry them (cards in hand) but if you truly want that super strong ability, just pay the 2 gear slots xD

21:19 I don't really know if it's allowed to "over equip" something to get a new version of it. It do say in the rules you're not allowed to equip something that you already have.

@@OneStopCoopShop I'm not sure about it but it's more a quality of life sorta rule :) I really don't know what they intended, it does seem stupid if you can't do this. And unfavorable in a sort of dumb way, and I bet all players would hate if that was the case. Personally I would play it like you did. But I have not gotten an official answer that is solid. I'm just one of those people that really want official word on every details and can't house rule anything at all xD

Not that it might matter at all or anything, but it is confirmed that you can "over equip" gear to allow yourself to discard an old weapon without ammo to replace it with the same weapon with new ammo at full! I've been diving the "rules" section in the forums for weeks and been answered basically any single question thinkable about the game. So I kinda know all the possible rules Q's people could have now ^^ Like I said, might be totally undinteresting for ya'll, I don't expect response I just want to clarify and in case anyone want to ask something, go ahead! I am regularly online checking messages!

You played the passive increase damage from the Ranger Hat wrong . When you attack you don't get an extra increase of damage only when the zombie attacks you and you have a weapon that responded on that zombie attack, like the turret from the technician

Cool looking game. Tough to reconcile that with 5 in 5, cause it looked fun, but your issues didn't come up in this play. I would definitely like to see a play w the expansions. Does the game have a campaign element or just one offs

Hungry Gamer Yeah, I picked a scenario specifically to avoid some of the issues ;) Expansions should make it better, I think. No campaign play. Scenarios against the same enemy are narratively linked together though.

If you go to the hospital, can you get more health than the health written on the card? So could the hunter get more than 24 health? Because in the rulebook it doesn't say "maximum health" but rather "starting health".. Lots of little things that are not clear in the rulebook

I enjoyed your play, however, scavenged fuel was played completely wrong.....which would have affected the remainder of gameplay and made your playthrough much easier by avoiding hand management decisions.

jayson olson Yup, someone else pointed this out too. Not sure it would have been easier... gear slots would have become a concern
