I did a little bit of digging and I found this: The symbol on the Free Welsh is called the "Yr Eryr Wen" (The White Eagle). The white eagle in reference is the mythical "Eryri" eagle, an eagle that is said to descend from the mountains of Wales to protect the Welsh people. The Welsh king Owain Glyndwr adopted the animal into his regalia as a white eagle with spread wings on a green shield. This modern version was designed by Welsh nationalist Harri Webb and meant to invoke similar imagery. A nationalist group, the Free Wales Army adopted the modernized version in the 60s. As to why its in Bosnia... I have no clue.

0 is the core pop for every country. Releasing a nation from your cores removes your cores. There are multiple countries that can core the world, so every country in the world can release that country from their own and give up all their cores.

What I found most disappointing about the TOA DLC is how easily the developers assumed America could be cored or united. As a Latin American, it feels unrealistic to me. We might not go to war often, but the idea that a single focus or decision could instantly remove resistance feels overly simplified considering how easy is to do guerrilla warfare on the amazonas and mountains
