Work on your hill climbing with this high intensity interval training workout. Hank takes you through three hill climb reps of increasing intensity. This session will test your legs and your lungs!
Session breakdown:
3 mins @ 3/10 (90 rpm)
2 mins @ 5/10 (90 rpm)
2 mins @ 7/10 (90 rpm)
1 mins @ 10/10 (90 rpm)
5 mins @ 5/10 (90 rpm)
4 mins @ 7/10 (90 rpm)
3 mins @ 10/10 (90 rpm)
5 mins @ 5/10 (90 rpm)
4 mins @ 7/10 (90 rpm)
3 mins @ 10/10 (90 rpm)

I would love to see longer sessions of 1 and a half or even two hours! Been doing almost all of your training sessions throughout the year and they are amazing !

Yes- longer sessions! 60-90 mins. Clearer instructions going into an interval on rpm. That would help in choosing that next level. Currently you can see the length and effort level but you have to wait to see RPM and adjust then. Great sessions though! Thanks!

Yay, glad to see Hank back! Didn’t have his usual spunk, but as always he brought the sweat out! I liked the focus that was required to maintain efforts at different intervals. Hank does a good job at bringing the focus back. Thanks!

Hank is a great presenter and this workout was fantastic. I do miss the banter between Hank and Manon - but this replicates more what it feels like when I’m riding outdoors.

Thank you for this one! Definitely a hard one on its own but it was great to add another set at the end since my first set was getting a feel for my RPE.

Sometimes I don't have the time for longer sessions. It's nice to have a variety of session lengths, because sometimes I do have the time for longer sessions.
