Sadly they have discontinued this version of Osaka Amazing Pass. Now the price has increased and it's only available for 1 day. This is disappointing

Thanks for bringing this to our attention! We noticed that there is now an Osaka e-Pass which works digitally and seems to offer similar attraction options. That may be something we'll look into in the future!

Very well-planned itinerary. However, I also added the Tsutenkaku slider, Legoland, and Osaka Housing & Living to my schedule (my family is going this May). In my opinion, on day 2 when you are in the Osaka Bay area, you could consider going to the Solaniwa Onsen at your own expense after 5pm at a discount.

Good question. A lot of attractions in Japan don't open early in the morning. We started at 10 am, which is when the ticket booth for the boat opened. We slept in a little and had breakfast too!

Great question! We're slow in releasing videos because it's just the two of us working on this amongst everyday life - we were in Osaka all the way back in June of 2019. We'll look to be clearer around the dates of our visits in future videos!

Great video! You just saved me a lot of planning !! :D Only one question: Do you think it would be possible to go to shinsenkai on the first day? Maybe castle in the morning (arriving at 8:30), Umeda sky building/HEP five mid-day/afternoon, and shinsenkai afternoon/night?

Logistically, it's definitely possible! Osaka has excellent public transport, and it doesn't take too long to travel within the city. Of course, it will depend on how long you stay at each attraction, but that is a very reasonable time frame. All you need to do is use the ticket, and it activates! The first time we used it was going through the Subway gate. Easy peasy! This may have changed, so we recommend checking out the Osaka Amazing Pass website.

there are 40 'free' attractions with the pass including free transportation. As long as your itinerary is well planned in advance, you could maximize the number of places for site-seeing.

Great question! Some do. The smaller attractions might not, because they may not have entry tickets at all. You can see in the video which of the attractions we went to gave us tickets.
