While I love In-N-Out since I grew up in CA, I am a Shake Shack convert. I think In-N-Out lacks in the fry dept, although getting them well done helps. Thanks for the video!

Ha ! Glad you won !!! We go to Mc Call's also !! So I'm an In n Out Gal. If you have not tried Heavy Handed you should ! Amazing Burgers. They have a brick and mortar in Santa Monica and they are opening a new location this Spring in Studio City.❤

Well you definitely made your own version. As an ex In-N-Out employee and someone who regularly makes in n out at home you're close. But the key to copying in n out to try to copy it exactly because in a simple but signature Burger those little things matter. Great video👍🏼 p.s. In-N-Out doesn't have "sauce" they have "spread" "sauce goes on Pizza".

How long can you keep the sauce in the fridge if you make a bigger batch ?

I always get a side of lettuce bc when you order it on the burger the lettuce is not crispy anymore & they tend to be stingy with lettuce too lol. The Protein style is also really good :) Also I'll definitely like to make my own at home bc I can make thicker patties :)
