Just found you guys. Had to go back and watch all your videos of Ecuador. My wife and I lived in Ecuador for 9 years from 1967-1976. 3 yrs. in Cuenca, 1 yr.in Manta 3 years in Guayaquil and 2 years in Galapagos. It is so interesting to watch your videos. We traveled all through the Andes on a Lambreta Motor scooter. There were no paved roads in those days. When we were in Galapagos they didn't have a road to Baltra on Santa Cruz yet. I attend the very first class to license guides. How it has changed. There were only 3000 people in all the islands and no electricity or running water. It was real Robinson Caruso style.
