I am so thankful for this episode. I am the weirdo in my circle who absolutely doesn’t want to be on meds. I am 60 and trying to control blood sugar, triglycerides, HDL, bp, etc with a carnivore lifestyle and exercise and some people can’t understand why so won’t just take a GLP-1 drug, a statin, etc. I pray that what I am doing is working. I have a checkup scheduled for March. Thanks, Max and Mark!!!
