Bò lá lốt - You know some times things are just meant to be. First place I wanted to go was closed, but then it was so easy to hop just to a simple little spot next door and wouldn't you know it, it was really good! Sister added so much fried and dried shallots and "butter" sauce, that it forsure had to be good!

I love bò lá lốt with bánh mì with kim chi, i bought some bánh mì early in the morning one time and had some bò lá lốt left overs from dinner before, i felt kinda hungry one night so i just made this simple dish, it was so delicious.. so glad bò lá lốt is so versatile. 😊
