Hey Max, do you know how to round a number to the hundreths place? for example. 1.14666666667. Id like it to round 1.15. It seems that integromat wont do this?
@maxvcollenburg2 жыл бұрын
Hey Billy! Try multiplying it by 100, rounding it, and dividing it by 100 🙃 1.14666666667*100=114.66666667 Round = 115 Divide by 100 = 1.15 Hope that helps!

How can I get an absoulate value
@wagnermonteiro31613 жыл бұрын
I utelized "mod" combined with the "increment function" tool. This way I can equally devide Leads to two salesmen on the company. Every new submission the variable "i" is incramented by 1, so I defined the filter for each salesman as: Salesman 1 -> i mod 2=0 and Salesman 2 -> i mod 2 = 1

Great tip!

The mod is usually use in coding to find out if a variable is even or odd. Even numbers have a remainder of "0" when divided by 2. So for example u could check: is "x mod 2" equal to 0. If it is then it means is even, if not then is odd.

Regarding the formatNumber. I get a number like this from my billing system. 1897525 which is 18.975,25 but using formatNumber it become 1.897.525,00 which makes me a lot richer on paper :D but is very wrong. Would you know how I can end up with 18.975,25????

I get a lot of fun listening to your accent. For instance the word "integer" I pronounce as in-tuh-jer and it took me a bit to understand your pronunciation. Math is fun and can be weird. Yes, locality issues in programming are a pain that you must live with.

Hey Earnie! Haha, that's awesome 😋 I try my best, but sometimes I make my own weird version of it! 😅
