Hey, for the 1st Engagement score, the trigger for you is "In list : Main list". But what if I have a lot of different lists ? For example if a contact signs up for a webinar, I have a list for that. Or if they download an ebook, I have another list for that. Do I have to create the firsts engagement score for each of these lists ?

@@CappieGaming - that doesn't really matter. I set up a contact score rule because you need to have at least one, I like it better to score in the automations itself. But I would not recommend using so many lists, as it makes things messy quickly. It's much better to use tags or custom fields for such things. Hi Max! I've built several automations just like your example by using "Not currently in automation", selecting the exact same automation from the dropdown, and waiting an hour. For some reason, it's not preventing contacts from entering the automation time and time again. For instance, my test account is currently listed in the queue 3 times for "Wait for 1 hour(s)" because I clicked on the same link three times within a few minutes. I ended up getting points added to my account every time. Any idea why it's not preventing this from happening? Thanks in advance!

Hey Neli! It's just a value I give people who trusted me enough to make a purchase. So instead of opening an email (2 or 5 points), they complete a much bigger action (making a purchase). But do what works best for you! Some other people add 1000 points or none at all.

Hi Max, I have a question. I have been trying to score the "total visit site" with different %. 10,30 and 60% But it doesnt track really. Do you have any tips and tricks?= ) Can we have all the three triggers for the three different percent we would like to track or should we just have one?

Another great video! I've implemented all these but got to thinking how to update a list retroactively? Like a one-time event where you update their score based on say the past 5-6 months. This would show a more relevant lead score for an older list vs starting from scratch. Thoughts?

Hey ! Thanks for your video, it helped me very much :) I just have one question about what you've explained concerning the trigger "contact visits [...]'s page and is not currently in automation [...]" to avoid the fact that each time that the person is refreshing the page, it will add point to its engagement score. I would like to be sure if the segmentation "not currently in automation" will not prevent the score of a person returning a second time after an hour on the page in question from increasing ? Thks in avance for your answer !!

Hi Laura, the segmentation "not currently in automation" will end after one hour. Therefore, the same contact can enter after one hour and have their score increased. Max also mentioned that full automation is set to 'run multiple times' for each contact. If you want them to only enter once, change this to 'once' 6:33. Furthermore, why would you want to deprive your contact with a higher score? They're returning and their score should reflect their behaviour for you to segment efficiently. Hope this answers your question.

Hey Max, isn't lead scoring also possible for explicit scoring in ActiveCampaign? Like I want to develop a lead-scoring model for a digital marketing agency, then explicit scoring is also important for us.
