another helpful video :-) I am recognising the importance of knowing the entry point for a contact such as a webform, webinar registration, ManyChat flow and tagging seems appropriate. Then keeping track of activity in an ESP and ManyChat. Also, if someone is captured for first time in ManyChat then adding them to ESP, or if they are already in ESP system tagging then somehow that they had a ManyChat interaction. Starts to get quite challenging :-)

Haha yes, it can get quite complicated. But try to keep it as simple as possible, otherwise you'll start to loose the overview.

hello, thank you for that great video ! I have a problem although, I create the webhook and integrate It In many chat. When I return in integromat I choose get response but I do not have the fields like "name", "mail" etc. I cannot add It to Intergromat. Do you know why ? Thanks

Hey Ryan! Good question! I like ActiveCampaign a bit better for email marketing as it's a bit more advanced.

It's hard to see what the problem is without seeing your flow.

In fact, it's in your messenger flow. The problem is in your flow...its not leading to the manychat flow or template that you shared in the video.
