Hey Sébastien! I'm not sure, I haven't had that issue before. Maybe the API you're trying to connect to requires you to specify which API version you want to use? Some tools have v1, v2, v3 etc.

Great video Max - question. If you were generating leads and have a questionnaire, how could you also include the FB user's profile picture when you go to send the responses to google sheets - and get them on the same line?

Heyhey! I think if you use a tool like Integromat to get the subscriber's info, they also give a link to the profile picture. Maybe you can use that to sync it to the Google Sheet? To get it on the same line, you might want to create a column with "ManyChat ID" so that you can use that value to find the right row. Hope that helps!

Max, good night! I'm Brazilian and I don't understand English very well, but I managed to understand your video well. But I have a doubt. I'm making a flow where I need to make a request through manychat to the integomat (make) where I need a return from make. In this case, I'm making a flow to check whether a cnpj (EIN in the United States) is valid or not. If it is, I want make to return the code “200” or “valid” and if it is not valid, I want make to return the code “401” or “invalid”. After that I want to fill a variable by the External Request - response mapping -, but the variable is not being filled. I know that I could fill this variable through make, but if possible, I prefer to use manycaht for this. can anybody help me? I'll leave some prints below for better understanding.

Unfortunately, your video does not help at all :( The Preview window as well as "Test the Request" link - are not working, they say you need to "opt in" to do it. But what is opt-in and where and how to do it - god only knows....

Hey Fedkar! You need to opt-in to your own bot to test it. In other words: send a message to your own bot to subscribe to so that ManyChat can test if it's working. Hope that makes sense 🙃
