Having personally seen ‪@RandySantel‬ and ‪@KatinaEatsKilos‬ with the record of 19.32 kick off this challenge whilst in London I couldn't wait to take it on myself

But I had to make sure Britain was well represented! And ‪@LeahShutkever‬ kindly agreed to take this on too!
⭐The CHALLENGE ⭐
THREE portions of Las Iguanas huge GRANDE NACHOS....
including cheese, pico de gallo, jalapeños, tomato salsa, sour cream & guacamole.
They then pile on FIVE more toppings of your choice, I went for:
- smoked chipotle pulled jackfruit,
- refried black beans,
- shredded chipotle beef,
- smoked chipotle chicken,
- chilli con carne,
ALL smothered in a warm, gooey cheese sauce.
We had ONLY 25 minutes to finish
If we won, we'd get the meal FREE, a sweet t-shirt and eternal glory with our name and time up on their WALL OF FAME

I literally ate a huge 2 person nacho grande in China before my drs appointment to see if I was pregnant. The Jalapeños would have me defeated. I do some mild spice, but not one for big spice and hate Jalapeños in general. The spice, but the initial taste as well. I'd normally just stick to cheese and a mild salsa. A mild chilli probably wouldn't be bad though.
