My maxxforce is a 2012 and has 1.3 million miles. I do have my egr still. Ive been waiting for it to go out for 3 years now. My next purchase will be an LT with a 13 speed.

@merives2263 I'd like to see the warranty history. It's pretty rare to see one go past 400k without an inframe and new head. Hopefully, you have one of the good ones.

@alecburril3433 I bought it in 2017 with 350k I do have a tripak, so I rarely idle. And my mechanic actually works at rwc phoenix and has the maxxforce software.

How good does the mechanical Cat start on the initial start of the day?

Takes about a half of crank. Less than a second if 30⁰ or warmer. Colder than that it takes a little longer.

So i bought a 2013 lonestar a year ago with 230k miles from canada truck ran great had it deleted right away. I replaced both turbos but now i lose about 10 mph when my fan kicks on with the cruise but when foot is on the throttle and the fan kicks on it runs just fine. I was curious if you had any problems like that or not?

Sounds like a parameter issue. I haven't came across anything like this before

Cooler doesn't crack liners and explode the valve cover...........

No. Most maxxforce will never see 700k let alone 900+. They're just not great. But if you can get one cheap and make a ton of money with it who cares if it blows up. Doing the tune and delete just keeps more money in your pocket till that time comes
