I will try to sum up this video as an exercise of taking notes. "May" and "might" are modal verbs. We use them to speak about present and future possibilities. We use "may" to express a strong possibility (of something happening). By contrast, we use "might" to express a weak possibility. Nevertheless, native English speakers use "may" and "might" in the same way. Also, we can use "may" and "might" to speak about past possibilities. In that case, we use may/might with auxiliar verb to have -always "have", never "has"- plus verb in past participle. Furthermore, we use "may" and "might" to ask and give permission in a formal and polite way. Lastly, we use "may" when we want to wish someone else well.
